Anietie James Ekiko, known professionally as Ani James, is a Nigerian cinematographer, executive producer, director and Founder of AJE Filmworks Limited. He is one of the most sought-after visual directors in the entertainment industry, and most importantly, he is one of the few in the trade that has earned the ‘auteur’ status, stamping cinematic scope, rapture-inspiring narrative style, a penchant for details and reverence for the art. Ani has been at the helm of several note-worthy productions, most recently the Purple campaign, a comercial on 50/50 World. His extensive resume includes a documentary for alcoholic beverage, Orijin titled “A day in the life of Reminisce”.
